FAKE - 3rd most downloaded song on music.jp

Mr.Children's 'FAKE' (sabi) was the 3rd most downloaded tune from January 1st through November 30th of 2007 on music.jp. Music.jp is currently the only known download service that Mr.Children has joined up with to release their music digitally.

HOME - Best music of 2007 on Amazon.co.jp

Amazon.co.jp announced their annual ranking of most purchased CD in sales. Mr.Children's 'HOME' was the most bought CD item on Amazon.co.jp for the year 2007

Mr.Children - Third most profitable artist in 2007

Mr.Children was the third highest selling artist in overall sales for 2007. The group managed to generate 6.92 billion yen in total sales which equals to roughly 61.6 million USD dollars.

HOME #1 album for the year

It's official. Mr.Children's HOME album takes the #1 spot for the year selling 1,181,241 copies. They also had a second album in the top 20, B-SIDE, which sold 478,019 copies for the year. This is Mr.Children's first ever #1 album for the year since their debut 15 years ago. Mr.Children also managed to get a top 10 single with 'Tabidachi no uta' selling 354,851 copies

Mr.Children in 'pino schizzo's Vintage Style'

Mr.Children's 'Kuruma no naka de kakurete kiss wo shiyou' will be covered in 'pino schizzo's Vintage Style'. The cover project reflected famous songs and tunes from popular artists from the 80s through 00s. The album will be released on January 23, 2008. Other artists to be covered include Spitz's 'Robinson' and Yutaka Ozaki's 'I LOVE YOU'.
