03.27.09 Terukado, known to produce for artists such as Aira Mitsuki, will be releasing a techno cover album on April 15, 2009 titled "COSMETiC DRAMATiC". Songs to included on the album include Mr.Children's CROSS ROAD which will be re-arranged into a light techno sound.  Mr.Children won awards for 'Best 10 singles' with GIFT and HANABI, while winning an award for 'Best 10 albums' with SUPERMARKET FANTASY at the 23rd annual Japan Gold Disc Awards. At Space Shower Music Video Awards, director Chie Morimoto won 'Best Art Direction Video' for Esora, while Kouki Tange won 'Best Creator's Choice' for GIFT. It is reported that Sakurai is sick with a cold/flu which has put his throat in bad condition. The canceled concert is set to be rescheduled for August 6, 2009. Mr.Children's 'Shuumatsu no Confidence Song Tour' is set to visit 17 cities, contain 34 concerts, and perform for 300,000 fans. Seven people were chosen from Japan with Kazutoshi Sakurai being one of them.
