Theme song to the drama 'Orange Days'

"Sign" is the twenty-sixth single released by Mr.Children. The single debuted at #1 on the Oricon single charts, managing to sell 773,990 copies during its run on the chart.(1) "Sign" was also used as the theme song to the Japanese drama Orange Days (オレンジデイズ). The singles two b-side tracks, "Mousou mangetsu" and "Konna fuu ni hidoku mushiatsui hi" were both included on Mr.Children's compilation album B-SIDE, released on May 10, 2007.

"Sign" went on to win various awards including 'Best Theme Song' at the 41st Television Drama Academy Awards,(2) 'Grand Prize' at the 46th Annual Japan Record Awards "Grand Prize,(3), 'Gold Prize' at the 46th Annual Japan Record Awards,(4), and 'Song of The Year' at the 19th Annual Japan Gold Disc Awards.(5)
